Last summer, I thought it would be cool if I ran an advertisement campaign for The Ticker’s business section featuring my newspaper merchandise at financial institutions such as the Federal Reserve and the Securities and Exchange Commission. It was worth the trip to Washington, D.C.
This past summer, I was lucky enough to make time to travel to Chicago, where Morningstar is headquarter and Crain Communications has an office. I was asked to take some photos of my Ticker merchandise there as a souvenir for the current editor-in=chief, and the results didn’t disappoint.
While I was visiting the Financial District two days after my last day at Morningstar, I figured I’d finally snap a shot of my Ticker pin at the Oculus, too.
To all current and former Ticker writers, please share photos of your merchandise on your travels. It’s cool to see where we’ve gone from E 23rd Street.
