Happy Flag Day! I took this photo while waiting on line for the taping of PBS’s The Great American Read somewhere between the Flatiron District and Chelsea.
Surrounded by tall buildings, the stars and stripes on the American flag are still visible despite the shadows. Beyond it, you can still see the great blue sky too.
