On my first day in the main city – I spent my first day in the country at Keukenhof – I came across this bicycle with clog-shaped seat in front. Amsterdam is known for being a city of bicycles. Clogs were worn in rural Netherlands during the medieval era and are still worn today. If you look closely, you will find a 420 sticker for marijuana and a sticker for the Heineken factory.
Alas, I didn’t ride the bike, but I imagine that it would be hard to fit into the shoe.
