I took this photo for a photography practice assignment. I was going for something with layers – the ghost bike, busy street, and hospital all telling the story. I would have used my DSLR instead of a phone camera, but I was concerned about the moisture in the air affecting the camera.
In this section of Broadway, Woodside Avenue becomes Baxter Avenue, hence the title.
