I thought about saving this for Earth Day, but now I’m planning on another photo. Then again, everyday is Earth Day.
On this first Monday in April, I’m throwing us back to the first March of Science in NYC. The main march was in Washington, DC, but it was easier for me to travel to Broadway. I went there to take photos for a photography assignment – not for an article, but for practice. I did write an article on my high school’s Earth Day Awareness event for that semester.
It was drizzling. Mother Nature was crying for humanity that day. So many people with creative signs, with people of different age groups joining along. I’m hopeful that we will save the environment for future generations.
