Eggs Benedict

I wanted to design something New York-themed that was not a photo or something kitschy, so I turned to food. I learned two things. One is that specific combination of spaghetti and meatballs comes from Manhattan’s Little Italy. The other is that Eggs Benedict come from Lower Manhattan. I’m not crazy about breakfast – despite what America says about it being the most important meal of the day, I can’t bring myself to eat something early in the morning – but eggs are eggs.
