It was my last day in Madrid. Before leaving for the airport, we went to San Ginés early to try their famous churros. I wish I had ordered water, but I drank the chocolate instead. We also bought a tin of their hot chocolate and a few milk chocolate pieces.
This was an authentic dish. The churro vendors in New York sell sugary ones.
